Hi, and welcome to Talk about Pain, a podcast for people with stubborn or chronic pain who are looking for answers. I’m Rick Olderman, physical therapist for about 25 years, hanna somatics practitioner, pilates instructor, personal trainer, author and sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic owner. I specialize in helping people with difficult pain problems. On this podcast, I’m not interested in recycling old outdated material. I want to introduce fresh ideas that likely aren’t widely known, a lot of them my own, but also from other health or wellness practitioners who are in the trenches doing the work of really helping people. It’s straightforward talk about pain, what works and what doesn’t. We get to the point here, which is to help you with your pain. Please subscribe to my podcast. And if there’s something you’d like to talk about or someone you’d like me to chat with who’s helped you, drop me a line. Chances are it’ll help others too.
